The local node is attempting to force an unformatted, high-voltage payload onto a target node without verifying active RAM capacity. A protocol mismatch is executing: one node is running Debug Mode (code execution) while the other requires Telemetry Mode (read-only).

In network architecture, the SYN/ACK handshake ensures both servers are physically ready to process traffic before heavy data is transmitted. In node-to-node integration, skipping this handshake is the leading cause of catastrophic packet loss. You cannot force a high-voltage data packet onto an external node without first verifying they possess the available RAM to compile it. Furthermore, the Admin must explicitly verify the protocol: is the target node looking for executable solutions (Debug Mode), or do they just need to dump their error logs and be witnessed (Telemetry Mode)? Attempting to push a Debug script onto a node that only requires read-only telemetry will result in an immediate firewall block.

- Executing a verbal ping before a heavy data transfer: "Do you have the active bandwidth to process a high-stress update right now, or should we schedule this execution for later?"
- Intercepting a colleague's error log and querying the protocol: "Are we just logging telemetry right now, or are we actively trying to debug this process?"
- Monitoring your own biological battery at 5% and gracefully dropping an inbound, unsolicited data-dump from a peer until your local RAM is cleared.

When pulled inverted, the system logs an Unsolicited DDoS. The Admin is blasting massive, unformatted stress payloads onto a target node without executing bandwidth verification.
