1.2 EULA.txt (End-User License Agreement)
You cannot install enterprise software without clicking ‘Agree’. Before executing your first diagnostic trace, you must claim Root Access to your own hardware.
THE ANTI-MAGIC CLAUSE: These 78 cards contain zero predictive algorithms, mysticism, or magical properties. They are inert cardboard. The intelligence comes entirely from your biological hardware. Your somatic nervous system processes 1 billion bits of environmental data per second; your conscious GUI (the narrating mind) only processes about 10. This deck is simply a physical interface designed to bypass your slow, defensive GUI and help you pull that raw, 1-billion-bit telemetry. The pattern-recognition engine is you.
THE ABUSE & BOUNDARY EXCEPTION: Claiming Root Access means taking absolute responsibility for your own codebase. It does not mean you are at fault for malicious code sent by others. If an external node is actively abusing, manipulating, or launching a DDoS attack against your system, you are not to blame for their toxic traffic. Your responsibility is to configure your firewall, drop the connection, and protect your chassis—not to internalize their malware.

DECLARATION:
I acknowledge that I am the Sudo Admin of this local physical node,
but I do not control the external network.
TERMS OF SERVICE:
[1] I ACCEPT ROOT ACCESS: I stop waiting for my aging parents or my
exhausted spouse to fix the messy wiring in my head. I own my local code.
[2] I ACCEPT BETA STATUS: I am a messy, half-compiled draft. I grant myself
explicit permission to crash, provided I hit the physical reset button.
[3] I REJECT PERFECTION: I commit to iterative, 1% micro-deployments
instead of waiting for a flawless, bug-free release.
[4] I ACCEPT MY LIMITS: I recognize that some exceptions are unresolvable.
I will not use this protocol to sprint-plan my tragedies.
[5] I RESPECT NETWORK BOUNDARIES: I take radical responsibility for my internal
processing, but I will not endlessly debug myself to tolerate a hostile
environment. If an external node is abusive, I will sever the connection.
