This repository mixes enterprise-grade clinical software with highly experimental, open-source community mods. To prevent a Namespace Collision, every third-party library is classified by its current Audit State:

• [TIER 1: CLINICAL] Empirically validated neuroscience, biology, and behavioral psychology. Safe for baseline execution.
• [TIER 2: PHILOSOPHICAL] Memoir, logic, and systems engineering frameworks. High value, but subjective.
• [TIER 3: EXPERIMENTAL] Esoteric frameworks (Shamanic mechanics, Kundalini, extreme physical stressors). These are unverified, high-voltage modules. Execute strictly in a secure Sandbox environment with a heavy grounding wire.
